A Fulton County, Georgia court has indicted Ty Dolla $ign on three counts of felony drug possesssion, as TMZ reports. The charges include felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of THC, and misdemeanor possession of less than 1 ounce of weed. If convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison.

Ty Dolla $ign was initially arrested in Atlanta back in September, when he was in town supporting G-Eazy in concert. Police officers pulled him over in a vehicle along with 6 others, subsequently discovering marijuana and cocaine after a search. The singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer was the only one in the group to be arrested.

The musician's most recent project is his collaborative album with Jeremih, MihTy, released in October.
