We first came across Japanese denim head FDMTL at last season’s Liberty trade show. Its vintage-inspired quilted and patched jeans quickly won us over, placing itself at the front of our list of brands to watch.

For the upcoming Fall/Winter 2015 season, FDMTL — short for Fundamental Agreement Luxury — offers more drool-worthy denim alongside a sprinkling of non-denim styles. The outerwear especially catches our attention, with tonal MA-1 bomber-style sleeves. Even with a quilted denim robe in the mix, however, the standout styles are nonetheless the brand’s signature patched denim pants, which show up in both clean and intentionally frayed options.

You can find FDMTL’s current offering now and at select retailers like American Rag and Lane Crawford.
