In October last year, Virgil Abloh presented a lecture at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. During which, the OFF-WHITE founder spoke on famous “cheat codes,” he wished he received whilst studying and reflected on his early career in architecture and engineering.
Key takeaways from the talk included how he created his own “personal design language,” by way of his standard quotation marks in addition to previews of his IKEA collaboration.
Following on, the Louis Vuitton menswear designer is set to release a print version of his talk as part of Harvard’s “The Incidents” series. The book, called “Insert Complicated Title Here,” will be formally presented at the ongoing Venice Biennale with a “live print” launch planned at Grafiche Veneziane.
Once there, readers will be able to purchase a unique print cover book for $14. For more details, check out Abloh’s Instagram post below.
In related news, Abloh recently gifted custom Nike x OFF-WHITE soccer jerseys to his old high school.
