After taking over Gagosian in London with their Future History exhibition, and also on another set of artwork this past Spring, Takashi Murakami and Virgil Abloh have teamed up yet again for another art showcase, this time to be held at Gagosian in Beverly Hills, California.

The upcoming exhibition titled “AMERICA TOO,” represents the artists’ first collaborative showcase in the U.S., and one notable work is their unique interpretation of the American flag, defined by both artists’ signature styles and trademarks intersecting for a vibrant mash-up.

Virgil Abloh’s intersecting arrows logo for OFF-WHITE is prominently displayed up front and juxtaposed against Takashi Murakami’s playful take on the stars and stripes of the flag, which also includes a variety of cartoon eye graphics.

In addition to this piece, a selection of paintings, sculptures, and neon works will also be displayed at Gagosian (Beverly Hills), beginning October 10 until October 25, 2018.
