Japanese brand visvim’s aesthetic has always been deeply rooted in Americana, made all the more clear in its most recent offering, an SS16 collection that features Old West staples like a 10-gallon hat. But the season’s cowboy game was upped considerably with the FBT LHAMO COYOTE-FOLK shoe.

The COYOTE-FOLK is a high-top variation of the AMDO-FOLK, incorporating familiar elements like the moccasin wrap, but executed in a variety of new materials. It features three separate vegetable-tanned colorways across a suede upper, a premium leather ankle wrap and midsole and woven tongue label. They are finished off with additional Old West accoutrements like hand-stitched accents and contrasting beads around the toebox.
