With over fifty years of footwear experience to fall back on, the crew at British brand Walsh should know a thing or two about building a sporting shoe. Producing for rugby and football players as well as the experienced runner, the label's simple, back in the day styles have seen them collaborate with the likes of Margaret Howell and Oi Polloi. Returning to the classic Fell model, YMC are the latest to call on the Walsh Bolton factory, producing three understated options. Available in Navy (to fall in line with YMC's DYE collection) and Black, the shoe, originally designed for off-road running in harsh conditions, combines a leather upper with a rubber and EVA ripple sole, while the boot references the first ever mountain marathon shoe; the 1970s PB Elite, an all-black colorway finished with a padded ankle unit and velcro strap. Stay comfy.
