Eminem has just premiered his video for “Walk on Water” – the first off his new album Revival. After the rapper teased fans with visuals on social media, the new clip is now available exclusively through Apple Music.
During the video, the rapper takes to the mic, performing an intimate rendition of the song. In a swift transition, the rapper then takes a seat behind a typewriter in a room full of Eminem clones typing out nonsense. In what some would reference as a throwback to his Slim Shady days, has actually been theorized as something else.
According to Billboard, the typewriter scene channels French mathematician Émile Borel’s famous infinite monkey theorem, which states that a monkey hitting keys at random on a typewriter would eventually type a given text. Although we had our eye out, sadly, there are no signs of Beyoncé. Nevertheless, the visuals are still epic.
