windows 95 app for mac
Felix Rieseberg

Slack developer Felix Rieseberg has created a Windows 95 app that runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux. The program is based on an existing web project that supports Windows 95 and Windows 98, among other older operating systems.

You’ll feel like a kid again while messing around on Wordpad, phone dialer, MS Paint, and Minesweeper, but unfortunately, Internet Explorer isn’t fully functional. The app is 129MB in size and can be downloaded for macOS and Windows here. If you come across any issues while running the app, simply reset the Windows 95 instance and start over.

For more, here’s what Instagram would look like on Windows 95.
