Ah the joys of impending marriage. Young Thug is close to tying the knot with his fiancée Jerrika Karlae, and like any dutiful soon-to-be husband would, he has given her a heartfelt gift. This token of his affection is a brand new song with accompanying music video called “Turn Up,” a heartfelt ode to the many ways Young Thug likes to have sex with her.

Though the song’s chorus is a variation of the words "turn" and "up" yelled with nearly unintelligible excitement, the verses surely rank among some of Thug’s most obscene. Choice lines include “Now she wanna drink my babies,” “fuck you slow in the fast lane,” and the curious admission “I just want a sore kidney.” It is but the latest release in a string of one-off singles from Thug, including a Drake remix, a guest spot with Usher, and another guest spot with Travis Scott, though no word yet on a coming album.

The video itself is as much as a love letter as the lyrics. Costarring the future Mrs. Thug herself, it was created to mark the launch of her debut swimwear line. Which means that shots of Karlae and a friend sitting poolside in a luxury mansion are more prominent than Thug himself. Though props to the couple for rocking a color-matching swimsuit and hair aesthetic.

Stay tuned for any coming singles from Young Thug, and be sure to check out Jerrika Karlae’s swimwear line.

For other fresh hip-hop, here’s a new track from Vic Mensa featuring Lil B and Le1f.
