Where form meets function

Zaha Hadid Architects, the London-based architectural firm formerly helmed by the late, great Pritzker Architecture Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid, has just released images of a super tall skyscraper proposed for Midtown Manhattan.

The project is sited at 666 Fifth Avenue and is being developed by Kushner Companies – owned by the family of Jared Kushner, senior advisor to Donald Trump and husband to the president’s daughter Ivanka Trump.

The sky high building is set to house luxury apartments, a hotel and around 500,000 square feet of retail space, and it’s projected to cost $12 billion.

The project is expected to start on site in 2019 and be completed by 2025 if approval is granted.
