The 2017 New York International Auto Show will kick-off this Friday, April 14, held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, and it essentially showcases several auto companies debuting new production and concept vehicles that are expected to debut in the near future.

Japan’s Nissan is one notable brand to feature something exclusive for the New York show, as this special one-off project vehicle is one of several unique takes on Nissan’s best-selling Rogue crossover. Aptly named “Rogue Trail Warrior,” the vehicle’s exterior flaunts a custom camouflage body wrap, khaki-painted tracks system and military-style yellow glassworks. The most striking element is directed at its DOMINATOR snow/sand tracks that replaces the Rogue’s regular wheels, which measures at 48 inches long, 30 inches high and 15 inches wide.

Boasting a 170 horsepower engine with 175 lb-ft of torque — more than enough power for climbing snow or sand dunes — other drivetrain components such as a 2.5-liter DOHC 16-valve inline 4-cylinder Rogue powerplant and Xtronic transmission, are standard factory issue. Finishing touches include tinted headlights, custom fender flares, ARB Gear Basket, LED lights and a Warn 4K winch.

If you want to stand out from the crowd, this is one vehicle to consider.

In other car-related news, the BMW i8 and i3 receive a custom finish.
