Herschel Supply is opening a pop-up shop in the picturesque waterfront community of Deep Cove, Canada — the easternmost part of the District of North Vancouver.
Noted as the brand’s first stand-alone retail presence in Metro Vancouver, and near its Vancouver headquarters, the pop-space measures in at just 298 square feet and has been transformed into a modern rendition of a childhood lemonade stand.
Flaunting a summer palette with lively pink adorning the roof and walls, along with hand-painted lemon wallpaper detailing — the standout element of the space is its eye-catching custom, hand-blown yellow glass light fixture by Vancouver and Berlin-based contemporary design firm, Bocci.
‘The Lemonade Stand’ will feature exclusive Herschel Supply Packable Collection products such as daypacks and totes, along with cold-pressed lemonade by The Juice Truck. Offerings such as plain and strawberry lemonades, alongside premium flavors that include the antioxidant enriched Blue Majik and toxin absorbing Charcoal will be available.
Additionally, all profits from Lemonade sales will be donated to the Vancouver-based charity organization ArtStarts In Schools, which seeks to expand the role of arts in education for the benefit of Canadian youth.
With Herschel Supply planning to open its first flagship location in Vancouver’s historic Gastown neighborhood in the Spring of 2018, ‘The Lemonade Stand’ is a taste of the brand’s design and story-driven retail capabilities.
