It looks like Burton teamed up with Red Wing to produce a set of snowboard boots. The boots imitate quite well the Red Wing Classic Work Boot, using original Red Wing leather on the upper, hiking boot laces and of course the white outer sole. There also seems to be a second colorway in the pack. It looks like the workwear crowd can finally switch from telemark skiing to snowboarding.

The only thing I would like is a quicker lace up system on the boot
I would really hate to see a quick lace system on these. I think the allure is the durability. Red wing is know for building long lasting kick ass work boots. Lace systems are nice, but I wouldn’t expect more than 2 hard seasons out of any of them, the internals fall apart eventually. we just got them at my shop and it’s an awesome looking marriage between these two brands. I’ve been told these are very limited and I can’t even find them on burtons website. so, if you want a pair act quick!
