Selectism has news of a forthcoming A.P.C. denim jacket by Olympia Le Tan. Jean Touitou explains, ”Olympia is a friend who had the idea of embroidering the back of our classic denim jackets. the embroidery pattern bears the words ‘people never notice anything, the heart is a lonely hunter.’ I asked her to entrust us with these embroderies so we could use them on our jackets and add an extra.” Hitting A.P.C. doors in January.

Retailer South Willard debuts an eponymous clothing line for Fall/Winter 2009. Heavily inspired by growing up California, the line focuses on functionality and quality, and the production notes attest to this. Jackets are made by Crescent Down Works in Seattle, denim in Okayama Japan, and shoes by Quoddy Trail in Maine. All with meticulous attention to detail. The drop includes a simple, but very Kaws Big X Zip Up (in six colorways), five colors of a mixed-media Grey Area t-shirt, and three different chino pants with fluro teeth detailing on the back pocket. Today we bring you an exclusive first look at the adidas Originals Star Wars collection for the Spring/Summer 2010 season. The products in the season’s first drop take inspiration from legendary Star Wars characters and scenes and fuse them with iconic adidas Originals silhouettes. In this first look we present details of the upcoming Skywalker and Yoda sneakers, as well as a Star Wars tee and Stormtrooper hoodie. The pieces will begin to hit all adidas Originals stores and other select retailers in January.

A new t-shirt from the Original Fake Fall/Winter 2009 Collection has released. As much as we like the new work of artist Kaws, we are still big fans of his early pieces, such as the Chum character, which is also appearing on this latest series of tees. With a slight gradation effect, the t-shirt comes in two colorways and is now available at L’Intrus.

A series of limited edition product has been released from the Futura Laboratories Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The drop includes two t-shirts, some beanies, as well as two hoodies. The t-shirts come with a typo and a photoprint design. The new product is now available at the FL Shop.
