We're unashamedly partaking in a little, ahem (a lot), of procrastination at the moment, and why the hell not? With bars, restaurants, and a lot of stores shuttered, we've taken refuge in setting ourselves those little tasks that make the days a little shorter. As you might have guessed, most of them involve a little (a lot) of retail therapy, and our most recent online shopping escapade had us deliberating over our favorite adidas YEEZY colorways from the brand's all-time best silhouettes.
Kanye West and adidas have dropped A LOT of colorways since the partnership began back in 2015. And if you follow our sneaker pages at all, you'll know that when it comes to YEEZY colorways, there is still a mind-boggling amount of them dropping all the time. As such, picking out our favorite YEEZY colorways from the most popular silhouettes was no easy task. In fact, our selection is one that some of you will probably have some qualms over. But hey, that's where the fun starts.

YEEZY 350 "Turtle Dove" — Louis Almond, Shopping Editor
"Ah, the 350. The YEEZY silhouette that started it all. The "Turtle Dove" also happens to be the debut colorway for adidas and Ye's monumentally successful sneaker line. After a huge range of colorways, it's crazy to think that it's been a relatively short five years since this limited-release first saw the light of day."
YEEZY 350 V2 "Earth" — Anders Schans, Project Manager
"The YEEZY 350 V2 remains the most popular silhouette of the duo's brainchild and that's reflected in the love they continue to show it via continuous new colorways. The "Earth" is one from 2020 and stands as one of the most fall-perfect colorways around."
YEEZY 380 "Pepper" — Rhianna Matthews, Curator
"When it comes to YEEZY silhouettes, the 380 was one of the more recently introduced models, having dropped last year. Debuting with the "Alien" colorway, the "Pepper" is a similarly sci-fi-like option."
YEEZY 500 "Bone White" — Yulia Pankova, Curator
"While this might be sacrilege for some, the YEEZY 500 was the first of the partnership's sneakers not to feature adidas' revolutionary Boost technology. Making use of the same sole as Kobe Bryant's signature KB8 III from 1999, the 500 took things in a decidedly new direction when it dropped in 2018. The "Bone White" colorway provides that washed-out look that Kanye does best."
YEEZY 500 High "Slate" — Alek Rose, Shopping Writer
"Somehow making the alien aesthetic of the 500 even wilder, the 500 High took things up a notch (literally). Featuring the same adiPRENE tech as its low sibling, the "Slate" was the original colorway of the 500 High, and it's still the best."
YEEZY 700 "Wave Runner" — Louis Almond, Shopping Editor
"The 700 gives the 350 V2 a serious run for its money when it comes to being the most popular YEEZY in class. This colorway is undoubtedly the most recognizable of the 700s, and one that seemed to be everywhere at one point. Also birthed many market stall imitations."
YEEZY 700 V2 "Static" — Anders Schans, Project Manager
"While the "Wave Runner" made the 700 famous, or infamous, depending on how you see it, the V2 version of the silhouette was relatively overlooked. Therefore, it's high time to show some love for the first 700 V2 of them all — the "Static"."
YEEZY 700 V3 "Arzareth" — Rhianna Matthews, Curator
"The YEEZY 700 line then got another update this year with the V3, a futuristic upgrade that brought an RPU cage, lightweight EVA foam, and some pretty wild colorways. The “Azareth” does death to the usual YEEZY earth-tone formula in favor of a bold blue approach."
YEEZY 750 "Chocolate" — Yulia Pankova, Curator
"Though close in number, the YEEZY 750 looks absolutely nothing like any of the YEEZY 700 sneakers. Instead closer to an UGG boot, 2016's YEEZY 750 "Chocolate" combines a gum sole with a tasty confectionary-colored suede upper. Ideal for the season."
YZY QNTM "Quantum" - Alek Rose, Shopping Writer
"Remember when Kanye Weast and adidas sent armored tanks down a Chicago street to throw the new YZY QNTM basketball shoe to fans? Well if you don't, the wild event happened earlier this year during the 2020 NBA All-Star Weekend. The OG “Quantum” boasts reflective detailing and a semi-translucent outsole."
YEEZY Slide "Bone" — Louis Almond, Shopping Editor
"YEEZY ain't all about the sneakers, though. One of its most popular footwear options, and worn by everyone from Justin Bieber to Billie Eilish, Kanye and adidas knew exactly how to read the room with this one. A new essential."
