What happens when Barbie's opening weekend coincides with Beyoncé's Renaissance tour? You get a BarBEY moment.

It's a big weekend, folks, especially for Chicago. The city has the Barbie premiere and Beyoncé concerts. Lucky for Bey fans, they got their long-awaited Bey fix plus a little bit of Barbie vibes.

During her Chicago show, Bey hit the stage in a stunning pink metallic look, including a super-long jacket with a train, a bustier top, and hot shorts — all custom-made by Stockholm-based label Acne Studios.

The look was complete with a pair of oversized pink shades and glittery thigh-high Gedebe boots, styled by Karen Langley, one of Beyoncé's stylists from her A-team Renaissance fashion squad.

Actually, Minneapolis saw Beyoncé's Barbie-worthy 'fit first, with Bey running the look back for her weekend in Chicago — which also happens to be Barbie's premiere weekend.

There's been plenty of looks throughout the Renaissance tour, from Daily Paper outfits to Diesel numbers. She's also appeared in other pink ensembles, mostly 'fits courtesy of IVY Park and adidas. So, the pink Acne moment may have been just another new pink moment.

Still, there's no denying the Acne look's perfect timing for Greta Gerwig's movie premiere, whose Barbiecore impact apparently had musician Central Cee on his best pink behavior.

Whether Beyoncé's latest pink look was pulled intentionally or not for Barbie weekend, it gets the job done. Except this BarBEY runs the world.
