Editor’s Notes: Italian footwear designer Giuseppe Zanotti has unveiled triple black and triple iterations of its luxury Urchin kicks, which made its debut last November. Living up to the designer’s penchant for sculpted and bejeweled footwear, the new drop sees the Urchin decked out with a python skin-printed patent leather upper and contrasted matte mesh toe. The sneaker’s identifying spine-sculpted sole and unusual lacing system, which substitutes a traditional eyelet for two deconstructed zips with the laces intertwined, remain the visual highlights of the triple black and triple white unisex kicks.

The monochrome drop comes a month after Guiseppe Zanotti revealed a very limited edition of the sneaker designed in collaboration with basketball heavyweight and sneakerhead P.J. Tucker. Dubbed "Urchin Rocks", this exclusive colorway pays tribute to the Houston Rockets through its red and black color palette and is limited to run of 150-pairs.
