[UPDATE] May 10, 2019 12:50 p.m. EST Kim Kardashian and Kanye West officially welcome their fourth child, a baby boy, via surrogate. Kim took to Twitter to make the announcement, proclaiming, "He’s here and he’s perfect!" She went on to add, "He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's surrogate has gone into labor with the couple's fourth child, CNN reports. The news was announced on Thursday night by the couple's publicist.

Sister Kourtney Kardashian also announced the news during an appearance on The Ellen Show. She revealed that Kim was supposed to appear on the show alongside her and mother Kris Jenner, but had to cancel to go to the hospital to be with the surrogate.

"My mom doesn't even know this, but Kim's surrogate went into labor," Kourtney said. "So she's at the hospital." Watch the moment below.
