Having just featured Le Labo in our vetiver cologne guide, the boutique perfumery shares news of an all-new scent called Thé Noir 29. The rich scent is based on a unique extraction of black tea leaf combined with notes of bergamot, fig, cedar wood, vetiver and musk. The result is a leafy fragrance with a "tobacco feeling" in the dry down. Every Le Labo perfume has an eerily similar smoky vibe to it -- it's a love or hate situation and you can guess where our opinion falls.
Fun fact: if you've ever wondered what the seemingly arbitrary number after every one of Le Labo's scent stands for, it's the number of raw ingredients in each fragrant concoction.
The Noir collection consists of a perfume, lotion, shower gel and more ranging from $50 to $820 and is available starting November 1. In the meantime, check out the world of Le Labo online.
