If you've been watching ESPN’s The Last Dance documentary, you've probably taken note of Michael Jordan's opulent home which he is being interviewed in. Well, turns out that's not actually Jordan's house.

In an interview with the Insider, the director of the documentary, Jason Hehir, revealed that Jordan wouldn't let camera crews into his home and that all of the interviews were filmed at three different homes.

“There are certain aspects of his life that he wants to keep private,” Hehir explained “He just didn’t want people to see all that. I respected that, so I never pushed back."  The director said he also tried to film Jordan on his plane, but Jordan shut down that idea as well.

Instead, Hehir and his production team looked for houses that looked similar to the NBA star's house. "I looked for places that seemed like Michael might live in. I knew what his real house looked like and I knew this is a wealthy guy who has certain tastes, so we wanted something to match that."

According to Forbes, Jordan's real home in Jupiter, Florida is located in The Bear's Club, a golf course resort and gated community. The 3-acre, 28,000-square-foot-mansion has 11 bedrooms and an entire wing as a dedicated gym and basketball facility, encompassing a total of 18 structures.
