Sneakerheads are bombarded with news of upcoming releases on a daily basis. To save you some time from searching each and every site and leak account, we've taken it upon ourselves to sift through the onslaught and bring you a few noteworthy kicks that have captured our attention.

Today, we're spotlighting the new "Special" Pack from Mizuno, a dual-sneaker drop featuring the Wave Prophecy LS and Wave Rider 10. With the release, the Japanese sportswear company is paying homage to its heritage colors, as the Wave silhouettes are offered in black, white, and red color schemes.

If plaid is your thing, you can take advantage of New Balance's "Plaid" Pack, which consists of the 997 and 1300. Runners, Under Armour has a treat for you, as the athletic company is prepping the launch of its fastest performance running shoe yet.

In other sneaker news, Nike will soon be releasing new clean colorways of the Air Force 1 inspired by New York City bodegas. And lastly, we've received a detailed look at Kanye West's new YEEZY Boost 350 V2 colorway, "Ash Pearl."

Editor’s Notes: Mizuno has just released a new two-sneaker capsule referred to as the "Special" Pack. Consisting of the Wave Prophecy LS and Wave Rider 10, the drop finds the low-top models dressed in heritage colors to ultimately convey a retro feel. The Wave Prophecy LS, which is known for its innovative midsole, arrives featuring a black upper with white overlays and red accents, while the Wave Rider 10 pairs a white upper with black overlays and similar red detailing. A nod to old school Mizuno kicks, you can purchase the "Special" Pack through authorized retailers such as mita.

Nike Air Force 1 "White Bag" and "Pink Bag"

Release Date: February 24

Editor’s Notes: Nike looks to New York City's many bodegas as inspiration for two new colorways of the Air Force 1. The iconic sneaker is optioned in either white or pink leather, featuring graphics that reference the plastic shopping bags that were once a staple in the small convenient stores. The tongues in turn bear a repeat Nike Sportswear motif, while the insoles are branded with a smiley face and the phrase "Have a Nike day." Elsewhere, we see the midsoles adorned with a rose graphic. The "White Bag" and "Pink Bag" Air Force 1s are scheduled to release in Japan on February 24. A stateside launch is expected to follow on February 25.

New Balance "Plaid" Pack

Editor’s Notes: New Balance has come through with a pair of new plaid offerings. The 997 and 1300 make up the aptly titled "Plaid" Pack, as the heritage models are each decorated with multiple plaid swatches. New Balance has utilized premium materials on each sneaker, pairing pigskin suede with high-quality textiles. You can find the plaid 997 and 1300 available now through New Balance Japan for approximately $312 each.

Under Armour Flow Velociti Wind

Release Date: March 3

Editor’s Notes: Under Armour has officially unveiled its fastest performance running shoe yet with the Flow Velociti Wind. The lightweight runner, which weighs in at 8.5 ounces (men's size 9), is designed for speed over long distances, featuring a UA Warp upper that molds to the foot and UA Flow midsole technology that provides unrivaled cushioning. Whether heading out for a tempo session, face-paced long run, or lengthy road race, the Flow Velociti Wind can get the job done. Look for the sneaker to release on March 3 at UA.com, UA Brand Houses, and select retailers.

adidas YEEZY Boost 350 V2 "Ash Pearl"

Editor’s Notes: While new silhouettes are on the way, Kanye West and adidas have remained focused on releasing additional colorways of the YEEZY Boost 350 V2. Expected to arrive next month is the "Ash Pearl" pair, which we've just received detailed images of, thanks to @jlearo. The YEEZYs feature the familiar Primeknit upper, signature side stripe, and Boost midsole. adidas has yet to announce the release date for the "Ash Pearl" YEEZY Boost 350 V2, but reports suggest it will arrive sometime in March.
