Highsnobiety

Get ready to add some crisp and casual class to your upcoming rotation. After debuting its FW21 collection ‘Life’ at London Fashion Week this February, sartorial sage, Tiger of Sweden, has finally launched the collection online.

Inspired by the everyday and with a keen focus on functionality, the collection is an ode to the different ways of Stockholm living - whether that be banal, exciting or simply normal. From stolen glances and leaves in the wind, to cracks in the pavement and moments of stillness, Creative Director, Bryan Conway, saw an opportunity to hone in on the ways in which life unravels around us.

It’s not just conceptually that this collection honors life, but also through its materiality. Much like the way our surroundings weather over time and morph into new forms with new meanings, so do the garments in this line. Teeming with rugged wool twill, moleskin, waxed cotton and waterproof leather, the components that comprise this collection adapt and change appearance with the passing of time.

After browsing through Tiger of Sweden’s FW21 collection our love for summer felt a little less powerful, replaced by a gnawing desire to start on our winter looks. Premature? Maybe. But we’re fairly sure that you’ll feel the same once you’ve taken a look. A neutral palette makes the whole collection highly versatile and easy to style while unexpected cuts ensure that it’s never boring.

We’ve rounded up ten of our top picks from Tiger of Sweden's FW21 which you can shop below.

Of course, the biggest attraction to the winter wardrobe is outerwear. For anyone who disagrees, take a look at the Mertton coat. Military style with a modern edge, this coat epitomizes what we love about the collection. Functional details like the storm collar become central fixtures in the polished overarching aesthetic.

Finloy Vest

2020 and 2021 brought a lot of unexpected turns. One of them was the resurgence of sweater vests. What was — until recently — considered an outsider (understatement of the decade) in the world of style, has grown to become a permanent member of the most stylish wardrobes. If you haven’t already, the Finloy Vest is your chance to join the party.

The Devere shirt is made to be framed by Tiger of Sweden FW21. This standout shirt features an abstract print and grandad collar to make its mark and these details are emphasized when it’s surrounded by the soft neutrals of the rest of the collection.

Fall and winter call for an overcoat. You need something you’re happy to throw on top of your outfit in the confidence that it’ll fight off the elements while maintaining your carefully curated style Aleric is the no-fuss companion you’re looking for. Its stand-up collar blocks out the cold while a lightly tailored cut keeps things sophisticated.

 Bugatty Bag

$499

Much of Bryan Conway’s inspiration for the collection was found by just watching Stockholm life; people going about their daily life and errands. It makes sense, then, that Bugatty is part of the collection. This bag does it all. It features a shoulder strap when you’re carrying a load, or handles when you’re traveling light, as well as a beautiful quilted finish to the leather.

 Vind Coat

Built from supple leather, Vind takes after classic workwear styles but imbues the silhouette with typical Tiger of Sweden luxury. Ribbed trims are ideal for the cold as well as adding texture while oversized pockets to the waist punctuate the soft leather construction.

 Protectia Hat

Utility with flair. Protectia features a big, floppy brim which brings some serious drama to the hat but it’s not all visual. The waxed cotton accessory is essentially a detachable hood, keeping the elements at bay when you’re on the move.

Kinna L Shirt

When you’ve taken the time to find high-quality leather, you've got to show it off. That’s just what Conway does with the Kinna L Shirt. This long leather number is cut to perfection, its immaculate, paneled makeup detailed solely by a single pocket to the right-hand side.
