Actor Tom Hardy has seldom met a mask he didn’t like, whether it was worn for his roles in Mad Max, Venom, Dunkirk, or, most famously, as Bane in The Dark knight. Now, the 42-year-old British star is at it again, this time in a more thoughtful-about-humanity kind of way.

Hardy was spotted out in London stocking up on groceries, abiding by government face mask recommendations while carrying a huge leek and still managing to look pretty damn terrifying. He was born to play this part.

He matched his minimal mask with a pair of camo cargo pants, a simple white logo tee, and a pair of vintage adidas. Rounding off the grocery store mission fit — a trucker cap and a classic timepiece.

We've picked out some similar garments below. And if you're looking for some face mask inspo, you'll find our favorites here.
