Swedish denim connoisseurs Nudie Jeans have dropped the lookbook to their Fall 2014 collection “Dirty Realism.” The season’s range takes inspiration from the poetry of Charles Bukowski, specifically his 1971 work Post Office. Echoing Bukowski’s hard, realistic view on the world, the range is full of leather, heavy canvas and wool knits, with strong garments that withstand the wear and tear of everyday life. Complemented with well worn denim and a color palette of muted browns, blues and greens, the “Dirty Realism” collection comprises timeless pieces that will be worn over and over again.
