Today is a day of great trepidation as the world turns its eyes to Washington to witness Donald Trump become leader of the free world. A slew of artists are responding with music, including the long-awaited returns of Gorillaz and Arcade Fire. Now the latest musician to join the fray is Joey Bada$$, who has just shared a new song titled "Land of the Free." Listen to it below via Spotify.

Using immaculately constructed old-school production (courtesy of Kirk Knight), Joey contrasts the sonic qualities of the track with lyrical content of the here and now; namely, the ascension of Mr. Trump and the growing fear of social issues like police brutality going unchecked under his leadership. It is set to appear on his upcoming album A.A.B.A., along with the previously-released singles "Devastated" and the Narcos-sampling "Front & Center." Stay tuned for release information on the upcoming album.

In other music news, Young Thug has shared another new music video (his second this week!) for JEFFERY track "Guwop." Listen to it right here.
