The first trailer for Aaron Sorkin's directorial debut, Molly's Game, has dropped. The film is based on the true story of Molly Bloom (played by Jessica Chastain) who ran the world's most exclusive high-stakes poker game frequented by Hollywood royalty, sports stars and the Russian mob — the latter guests causing Bloom to be arrested by the FBI.
Idris Elba plays Bloom's criminal defense lawyer Charlie Jaffey, as the state attempt to get her to release information about her celebrity clients (including Michael Cera), and become an informant for the Russian mob.
Watch the very Sorkin-esque trailer above. Molly's Game hits theaters November 22.
