A History of Supreme New York Poster Ad Campaigns

A History of Supreme New York Poster Ad Campaigns

For some time now Supreme, the New York skate brand, plasters New York and other cities housing their flagship stores (Tokyo, Los Angeles, London) with posters announcing their soon to arrive new collection of the season and at the same time their latest collaborative effort.

We reported this morning about their Spring 2012 Campaign featuring Kate Moss. The top model has a special standing with Supreme fans, as one of the most iconic tees to ever come from the brand features Moss with the Supreme box logo on top of her panties. To date, that is one of the hardest Supreme t-shirts to get your hands on.

With the excitement around the new campaign and hopefully product that will come along  the way in the next weeks, we thought it might be interesting to take a look at the past poster ad campaigns by the brand, featuring Lou Reed (2009), Lady Gaga (2011), Mike Tyson (2007), Dipset (2006), Raekwon & Ghostface & Elmo (2005) and Kermit The Frog (2008). They have kept us busy from 2006 – 2012.

Which one is your favorite? In case we are missing something, please let us know in the comments and we will add them.

Check them all out after the jump.
