Listen to DMX's Verse From Kanye's Lost "Real Friends" Remix

Back in March of last year, Swizz Beatz revealed that a remix of Kanye West's The Life of Pablo track, "Real Friends," was on the way. The producer/rapper went so far as to say that none other than DMX would be featured on the tune.

Unfortunately, the revamped audio has yet to see the light of day, seemingly due to X's legal issues, which center around tax fraud, following his stint in rehab. Now, however, the rapper's long lost verse has surfaced, albeit not connected to the remainder of the remix.

You can stream DMX's minute-long "Real Friends" excerpt above, as we can only hope the (entire) official remix does appear at some point.
