Loewe

Loewe has just welcomed a new family of bags to its accessory lineup. Dubbed “Goya” the line of bags arrives in saturated colors and featuring a minimal design. The Goya debuted as part of Loewe's Fall/Winter 2021 womenswear runway collection and sports Loewe's recognizable anagram logo atop a fully calfskin construction.

The Goya bag is available in three sizes: Goya, Goya Small, and an Accordion Clutch, each featuring an adjustable strap that allows the bag to be worn in multiple ways. The range also comes in a selection of colors, including muted tones such as tan and avocado green, as well as bright hues such as yellow, cyan and deep red, as well as black and white options. Inside, the bag features multiple compartments and zippers, adding functionality to the hand-crafted design.

Jonathan Anderson, the label's creative director, has grown Loewe's accessory offering immensely since his appointment in 2013, introducing now-signature silhouettes like the Puzzle Bag, bringing back the Loewe Amazona, and pushing the Hammock bag.

Minimal and timeless, the Goya bag is easy to wear and adds an element of luxury that doesn’t come across as over-the-top. Style pioneers, such as A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams, Harry Styles, and more, have all made a case for men wearing bags (and accessories) from womenswear collections, including silhouettes such as Gucci's iconic Jackie bag. Loewe's Goya silhouette might just be next.

The Goya bags family is now available to shop online at Loewe.
