New York Fashion Week just hosted the grand unveiling for Kanye West's latest foray into fashion. It has since emerged that adidas will no longer be producing YEEZY Season 2's ready-to-wear clothing and accessories. An as-yet unknown third party - rumored to be a high-end Parisian house - will be handling the collection's production and distribution instead. The Three Stripes will still be taking care of the collection's footwear, however, meaning that Kanye's collaboration with adidas is now, like the brand's Raf Simons and Rick Owens projects, limited to just footwear.
Alongside this news, it's been officially confirmed that YEEZY Season 1 will be dropping October 29 at select retailers around the globe.
Stay tuned for further information as it's made available, and in the meantime check out the official invites for the YEEZY Season 2 presentation.
