Sneaker Freaker presents a second video highlighting their forthcoming collaborative 850 runner with New Balance. The SNKRFRKR x NB 850 “Skippy” drops December 5th.

Boston-based New Balance announces the next collection from the brand’s Partnership Program –The Concepts Collection- designed and developed in tandem with venerable sneaker shop, Concepts, in Cambridge, MA.

Featuring two silhouettes from New Balance’s USA team, The Concepts Collection re-introduces the classic 1500 sneaker and launches the first-ever 875 boot.

Inspired by one of Boston’s most celebrated landmarks, The Freedom Trail, the collection pays homage to the shared importance of historic Boston as both New Balance and Concepts share headquarters in this New England city.

With a nod to the Freedom Trail’s red footpath and the brown brick of Boston’s antiquated North End neighborhood, the shoes came to life in premium brown leather and red accents.

The 1500 is a heritage New Balance style originally built domestically back in 1989. The 1500 was originally built as a fully-loaded technical running shoe. Specific detail executed solely for Concepts include: full grain leather upper, pigskin leather lining (more luxurious and breathable that a comparable synthetic product), and embossed tongue tag.

The 875 is a brand new style launched to the public for the first time via the Concepts Collection. The boot was designed for comfort and durability. The sole unit includes New Balance Rollbar™ technology for maximum support and stability. Additionally, NB designers used a PU Wedge in the heel (similar to the wedge that offers superior support in the NB 993) and compression molded EVA in the forefoot. The 875 features a full grain leather upper, pigskin leather lining, and embossed tongue tag.

Concepts will be releasing the Freedom Trail Collection on Black Friday, November 27th. Other premium accounts around the globe will also be getting the pack later on.

Sneaker Freaker presents a nice little video announcing the release of their collaborative 850 running sneaker with New Balance on December 5th. Check it out!

Beauty & Youth has worked with New Balance on a pack of three 1700’s to celebrate their 20th anniversary. The sneaker comes in black suede, grey suede and burgundy leather and will be released in December at United Arrows.

A new pack of two limited edition CM1500 sneakers has released from New Balance. They present the running shoe in a green/brown colorway and a light blue/grey colorway, both featuring leather, suede and mesh on the upper. The overall feel of the sneakers is definitely premium. The green/brown colorway certainly fits better into the season. Both sneakers are now available at Mita.

After some initial teasers we get a full look at the upcoming Sneaker Freaker x New Balance M850. The sneaker features a mix of leather, suede and mesh on the upper neon yellow hits on the lining and the mid-sole. Also the Sneaker Freaker logo is featured on the in-sole. The collaborative running shoe releases on December 5th.

We take another look at the upcoming Stussy x Undefeated x Hectic New Balance MT580 “SMU” sneaker that will be released soon. The sneaker comes in a navy colorway with purple lining and features an Undefeated lacelock.

We take a first look at the upcoming collaboration between Stussy, Undefeated, Hectic and New Balance on the MT580. The sneaker comes in a dark purple colorway and will be released in Japan in November.

Japanese boutique atmos worked with X-Girl and New Balance on the M996M XA running sneaker. The sneaker comes with a silver perforated leathe rupper and purple details on the mid-sole, tags and lining. The brand logos have been placed on the inner sole. The sneaker will be released on November 1st.
