After having previewed already the Nike Basketball limited edition releases, and the Nike Foamposite One Galactic, we now take a closer look at the NBA All-Star 2012 Dunk High Galactic Pack.

With a motif inspired by astronaut space suits, the Nike Dunk features a waxed canvas upper emulating training suit material. Military stencil font is prominently featured on the upper and outsole, while the inner lining features the supernova graphic print. Available in three different colors including rogue green, flat gold and blue grey, the Nike Dunk also features a removable tongue top patch and Nike Swoosh.

The collection will be available at select retailers and NikeStore.com from February 23.

The Nike Foamposite One, showcasing an out-of-this-world galactic print upper, includes a Polyurethane midsole and a Nike Zoom unit in heel for low-profile, responsive cushioning. Today, Jordan Brand, unveiled the Air Jordan 2012, the 27th shoe in the Air Jordan franchise. The all-new Air Jordan 2012 is designed to encourage today’s athletes to rethink performance. This year’s model builds upon the Air Jordan 2011’s two midsole modular system by featuring two interchangeable inner sleeves and three interchangeable midsoles for performance customization. The Air Jordan 2012 Deluxe will be available in two colorways nationwide on Wednesday, February 8 for a suggested retail price of $223, with the Air Jordan Flight System launching on Saturday, February 25 for a suggested retail price of $180.

The sneaker’s modular system gives athletes the ability to customize for their unique playing styles and for fit preference by offering 6 different configurations.

Later this month, they are back with something a little more special – we present the Museum AC TZ Tennis Classic. Out of the various Nike Vac Tech sneakers, ones utilizing wool arguably look the best. Here is a great example of that with these new Nike Blazer Mid VTs that have just released. This past week Nike has added the SFB Boots, the Special Field Boots, to their iD program. Keeping the choice minimal, allows you to create your own version of the boot, while not going too wild. Today we take a closer look at the much talked about Cole Haan LunarGrand Wingtip. The Nike Lunar outer sole has become very popular over the last year and we all know what has happened with the classic Wingtip Brogue ever since the heritage trend really hit us. Putting the two together seems like the right next thing to do.

Our opinions are split on t he shoe. Never having been a big fan of hybrids, we do understand the thinking and even the ideas behind the new silhouette – offering a classic, yet comfortable, shoe with a nice twist. Only time will tell how successful the shoe will end up being. Cole Haan being owned by Nike, it is interesting seeing their sharing of technology across the board. We have seen it with AIR before and now Lunar is next.

Priced at 248 USD, the Cole Haan LunarGrand Wingtip shoe will come in overall 5 colorways, exclusively at the Cole Haan New York store from February 10th, 2012.

The Nike Huarache Free has been a welcome hybrid in the Nike lineup for 2012. Taking that shoe one step further we arrive at the Nike Huarache Free Basketball, a high top version of the Free-sole-meets-neoprene-and-spandex-sock design. Dave White’s first Air Jordan 1 Retro design was a masterpiece. His American flag-inspired shoes caused a stir at All-Star Weekend, and he mentored kids at Inglewood High School as part of his work with Jordan and WINGS for the Future.

White and Jordan are back again, and the result is the Air Jordan 1 High DW. These kicks feature the iconic Jordan black/sport red-white-cement grey colorway, and even bring in the elephant print on the forefoot laces-strap.

But it’s White’s trademark paint splatter and brush strokes that make this shoe stand out. The brand has also put together a Jordan DW WINGS crew T-shirt to commemorate the release.

The Dave White Air Jordan 1 Retro will be available in North America, Europe and China on February 11, 2012. In celebration of All-Star Week and WINGS, and another run will drop on February 24.
