After years of waiting, adidas has finally produced a version of its iconic Rom model, as worn by Steve Zissou in Wes Anderson's The Life Aquatic.

The low tops look identical to the ones shown in the film. They feature a white leather upper, yellow laces, a contrast blue heel tab and a two-tone blue Three Stripe. Finally, the sneaker is finished with a gold embroidered “Zissou,” in case you had any doubt whose kicks they were.

Around 100 pairs of the limited edition sneakers were sold at the We Love Green festival in Paris, at which Life Aquatic star and musician Seu Jorge was performing. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like adidas has any plans to make the sneaker publicly available, but we can only hope.
