Cecilie Bahnsen serves as the first participant in ASICS' Signature Series program, in which different design visionaries apply their signature style to key seasonal models. Bahnsen's GEL-CUMULUS 16 uses softly transparent materials and delicate floral motifs to express the juxtaposition of femininity and masculinity. The theme is further highlighted by the use of contrasting shiny and matte surfaces, hardness and softness, light and shadow.
