Editor’s Notes: For the latest Acne Studios capsule collection, the Swedish label has tapped into the ’90s craze of "Monsters in My Pocket," a USA toy franchise conceived by Joe Morrison and John Weems in 1989. "Monsters in My Pocket" encompassed a range of trading cards, comic books, clothes, kites, stickers, video games, as well as the original collectible toy figurines.

The capsule from Acne features artwork of the main characters Zombie, Werewolf, Triton, and the Great Beast, which were screen-printed across sweaters, T-shirts, neckerchiefs, graphic socks, and bucket hats for a wardrobe that recalls the fanatical fanbase of early ’90s toy phenomenons that are seldom replicated to the same scale today.
