A week after Juice WRLD dropped more than $42,000 on the show, professional boxer Canelo Álvarez links with Complex to appear on Sneaker Shopping. The middleweight champion met up with Joe La Puma at Stadium Goods in New York City to talk footwear while browsing the shelves.

Canelo first reveals that he and his brothers didn't know much about style growing up, however, he insists his fashion sense has developed over time. He talks being raised in Mexico and how he prioritizes comfort and performance when it comes to choosing footwear. From there, the superstar athlete dishes on other athletes' signature shoes, being praised by the likes of LeBron James, and wanting to have his own sneaker line. Álvarez also details his appreciation for high fashion and why he's been looking for the Supreme x Louis Vuitton hoodie.
