Transworld Skateboarding is releasing a documentary about legendary street skater Daewon Song, in association with adidas Skateboarding.

DAEWON will cover the influence 44-year-old Song has had on the skateboarding world over the last 30 years, with the likes of Mark Gonzales, Tony Hawk, Marc Johnson, Steve Rocco, Giovanni Reda, and more all making appearances to discuss his legacy and personal journey. The industry greats all sing Song's praises, such as Tony Hawk saying, "Every time he puts up footage it's something no one else could do. It's wildly impressive."

Directed by Joe Pease, DAEWON premieres in Los Angeles at the Wiltern Theater for free on May 12, with a worldwide digital release slated for May 17 on skateboarding.com. Watch the trailer for the full-length documentary above.
