The exhibition consisted of a selection of one hundred eleven garments and accessories that have had a strong impact on history and society in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, which continue to hold currency today. Additionally, the exhibit was the museum's first fashion exhibition in seventy years, as its predecessor, Are Clothes Modern?, was organized in 1944.
Out of the hundred plus items that were featured in MoMa's exhibition, Hubble chose to focus on the signature Margiela Tabi boot due to it's cult following. The tees, rendered in black and white, depict MoMA branding on the front, while a graphic of the silhouette, along with more co-branding are featured on the rear.
Priced at $90 USD, you can purchase the tees on Hubble Studio's website starting August 23.
