Where the runway meets the street

Vanson Leathers‘ iconic C2 leather biker jacket gets a revival with help from Boston’s Wilderness Workshop. The retailer’s small factory in Fall River, Massachusetts handcrafted each one, with soft calfskin and custom zipper hardware. The C2 is usually made with stiff leather, so this one stands out for its buttery texture and navy hue. The Hill-Side also provided their proprietary Spring/Summer 2014 Japanese-made floral fabric for the lining, adding another level of zest to the jacket. The style was produced in extremely limited quantities — only 12 — and is available at WW’s Boston shop for $888. Watch its making process below.
