Editor’s Notes: You know that saying, "If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck." Well, according to Acne Studios' latest footwear offering that idiom isn't entirely true – if it looks like a Jordan 4, swims like a Jordan 4, and quacks like a Jordan 4... it's probably Acne Studio's new sneaker?

The high-top lace-up sneakers are made of 100 percent calf leather with face details and Acne branding. They arrive in multi-black, multi-white, and grey colorways. And while it's a streamlined, luxurious basketball shoe, something in the rounded toe and exaggerated eyestays makes us think of the AJ4 every time we look at them.

We think this is just an innocent case of inspired design, where Acne takes away the streetstyle flair of the Air Jordan 4 and offers us a sleek elegant alternative. So if you wanna flex on the court or just piss off your Jordan-head friends, this is the shoe for you. And keeping with the theme, the sneaker's retail price bears some resemblance to the AJ4s' resale value, boasting a $510 pricetag.
