First and foremost, the iPhone 12 is 5G compatible. The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini feature edge-to-edge Super Retina XDR displays, an advanced dual-camera system, a new Ceramic Shield front cover, the A14 Bionic, which is the fastest chip in a smartphone, and MagSafe, designed to bring an all-new ecosystem of accessories to the iPhone.

Both the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 and 5.4-inch iPhone 12 mini boast a flat-edge design, with an enclosure made from aerospace-grade aluminum. With an IP68 rating for water resistance, the devices can be submerged in up to six meters of water for up to 30 minutes.

The iPhone 12's advanced camera system includes an Ultra Wide camera and a new Wide camera with an ƒ/1.6 aperture, offering 27 percent more light. The device also features the first camera to shoot HDR video with Dolby Vision.
