Editor’s Notes: Emerging Tokyo-based label Archon launches its first collection with “THE ADVENT OF A NEW AGE” lookbook. The collection is composed of a technically strong suite of pieces that combines tactile luxury with practical functionality.

The collection straddles streetwear and workwear, taking aesthetic cues from hip hop, action sports, and tailored menswear alike. Alongside urbane camel mac coats and collared shirts, the collection features tie-dyed hoodies and graphic tees. Archon has also teamed up with fellow Tokyo label Makavelic for the collection's weather resistant bags.

For the SS19 collection, the brand collaborated in a capsule collection with the famously energetic Alexander Bortz. Bortz is a leading photographer from Los Angeles, who has previously worked with labels such as Gucci, Dior Homme, and Prada, as well as artists like A$AP Rocky.
