Octavia Spencer just might be the G.O.A.T. or at least for 2018. Having nabbed an Oscar nomination for her performance in The Shape of Water and securing equal pay to co-star Jessica Chastain for her upcoming comedy film, the award-winning actress is giving back to the culture in a big way.

In a post uploaded to Instagram, Spencer announced she will buy out a theater in Mississippi so young black kids can see Marvel's Black Panther for free. In the caption, she stressed the value in children of color seeing themselves reflected as superheroes on the big screen.

Check it out below.

If Black Panther's pre-sale tickets are anything to go by, the upcoming feature is likely to be one of Marvel's best yet in terms of box office sales. As touching a gesture this is, this isn't Spencer's first time doing this. Just last year, the actress bought out screenings of her Oscar-nominated film Hidden Figures in Los Angeles. Based on a true story, the film followed three African-American women who computed for NASA in the 1960s.

For those of you not in Mississippi, don't fret as Black Panther will hit theaters February 15 - you'll just have to buy your own ticket.

Before its worldwide release, check out the film's recent global premiere in Los Angeles.
