Today Lionsgate shares the first teaser trailer for director Jay Roach's new movie, Bombshell, which sheds a light on Fox News Channel boss Roger Ailes' infamous sex scandal. Margot Robbie, Charlize Theron, and Nicole Kidman star in the picture, written by Academy Award-winner Charles Randolph.

According to the synopsis, Bombshell provides viewers with a look inside the most powerful and controversial media empire of all time, Fox News, specifically the sexual harassment scandal surrounding Roger Ailes. John Lithgow portrays the late cable network news chief in the movie, while Nicole Kidman plays Gretchen Carlson, who sued Ailes for sexual harassment in 2016, an act that ultimately led a slew of women to come forward and reveal they too were harassed by Ailes. Charlize Theron is Megyn Kelly in Bombshell, one of many woman who admitted she was sexually harassed by the Fox News Channel boss. Lastly, Margot Robbie plays Kayla Pospisil, a fictitious news producer.

Kate McKinnon, Connie Britton, Mark Duplass, Rob Delaney, Malcolm McDowell, and Allison Janney also feature in Bombshell, which is scheduled to release in December.
