And yet I found no other way for my brain to make sense of the ravishing visual wonderland rising British talent Denai Moore creates in the new video for her single "Cascades" than the sort of go-for-broke bananas style of artistry Mother Missy is known for. “I really wanted the video to translate like a surreal weird dream... the concept of me literally melting myself as a kind of metaphorical self-destruction," Moore tells Highsnobiety in an email. "The song is about feeling visceral sadness and being too caught up in your own headspace."
