Highsnobiety
Double Tap to Zoom

A German-born rapper known for his distinctive lyrics and creativity, RIN is not only a talented musician but also a clothing designer and co-founder of the brand Ljubav.

Established in 2021, the brand has garnered a dedicated following and a healthy roster of collaborations with renowned names such as Jack Wolfskin, Hugo, adidas, and Carhartt WIP. Ljubav's latest collaborator? This very magazine.

The Ljubav x Highsnobiety collaboration is a full-circle moment: Ljubav was one of the first brands we stocked on the Highsnobiety Shop.

The new 5-piece drop pays tribute to RIN's humble upbringing as a migrant in the quaint town of Bietigheim-Bissingen in South West Germany, showcasing hoodies embellished with tranquil imagery, practical accessories, and a heavyweight tee featuring a historic German Landhaus.

"Highsnobiety represents Germany in an international way and it was important for us to represent our heritage," RIN told Highsnobiety during an exclusive Ljubav pop-up at the Highsnobiety Flagship Store in Berlin. "The regional, our nature, our architecture, we tried to pack all of that into this drop."

Ljubav is always sure to honor its heritage, an approach that can be seen in everything from its collections down to its name: "All three founders [of Ljubav] come from the former Yugoslavia and that's our term for love," says Rin, explaining the choice of name. "Also, from my perspective, Ljubav was the name of my very first song."

Following an exclusive pre-release at the Highsnobiety Flagship Store, the Ljubav x Highsnobiety collection is now available on our online shop and via the Highsnobiety iOS App.
