Key Looks: The dude in slide #1 has taken an unfashionable menswear cliche (superhero memorabilia), and styled it out with an eye-catching pair of Oakley shades, and a silver hand necklace reaching out of the top of the shirt. The result is a perfectly executed short-sleeve summer look and if you wanted to give it a go, you can actually cop the vintage print shirt on eBay.
However, leading the street style pack (quite literally), is Danny Lomas from PAQ (slide #10), whose hammerhead shark print shirt from NEIGHBORHOOD syncs flawlessly with a more formal touch of a checked blazer and gray pants. You can pick up the shirt via Browns.
Editor’s Notes: This street style set, ascaptured by Eva Al Desnudo at Milan Fashion Week SS19, more or less reflects the current style wave. There’s vintage shirts being mixed with upscale designer items, and considerably less logos and loud branding than we’ve seen in our street style sets from last season.
Is logomania finally dying down? Are The Matrix-style sunglasses going to be upended in favor of OTT Oakley frames? Let us know your favorite ’fit in the comments and stay tuned for more street style coming from the final, and biggest week of the season, Paris Fashion Week.
