Nas' song "The Scientist" has been floating around the internet for over a decade. Now, an unreleased version featuring JAY-Z has leaked online.

Though the leaked version is just a snippet, fans can hear the first part of JAY-Z's verse on the Just Blaze-produced track just before the audio cuts off. "Hovito Brigante, my own people that got me / That’s what I get for snoozin’, moving too sloppy / I’m back brilliant, my brains is back in the building / The lights back on the fridge, you dig?"

As fans may recall, Nas and JAY-Z had a long history of beef, which they officially squashed in 2005. As Nas' "The Scientist" first surfaced in 2009, it's fair to assume that JAY-Z's verse was also recorded around that time.

Listen to JAY-Z's verse here before it gets taken down.
