Brand: Nike x Patta

Model: Air Max 90 x 95

Key Features: The upper from the Air Max 90 is perched atop the sole unit from the Air Max 95. The sneaker is featured in tonal black with hits of dark red and on-trend frozen yellow. A second colorway in dark blue will also release.

“The Air Max 90 is a robust classic, and the 95 has always felt like a futuristic design; combining both forms a mix between classic and more technical design," said Patta's Vincent Van de Waal.

Release Date: Patta flagships in London and Amsterdam on October 20, with a wider rollout on Nike the following week.

Editor’s Notes: Nike continues its fruitful relationship with Amsterdam label Patta, their latest project being the "Publicity. Publicity. Wohooooow!” capsule.

In addition to the aforementioned footwear, there's also a haul of apparel, with a checker-print motif and bold typefaces — the latter inspired by the signage at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport — two of the more eye-catching design elements. According to Nike, the pieces were chosen "as a way to mix technical elements with classics."

To mark the release, Patta will invite 11 artists to share their own unique perspectives on the output.
