Rapha

Rapha, one of the most popular of a host of stylish cycling brands that have cropped up over the past two years, has just announced its latest City Collection. The City Collection comprises a range of pieces that are made for life on and off the bike.

Instead of skin-tight jerseys and biking shorts, Rapha has blessed those that prefer two wheels to four with an insulated over shirt, a Merino wool windblock sweatshirt, a pair of jeans with reflective detailing, and — the crown jewel of the collection — a GORE-TEX-equipped, insulated field coat.

Rapha’s insulated field coat is a performance-driven take on the popular military field jacket. It features an outer shell, which is made up of a 3-layer GORE-TEX fabric with a GORE C-Knit backer and a fully recycled face fabric, as well as a removable short-sleeve, quilted liner. In short: the outer shell will guarantee to keep the wet out, while the quilted liner will keep you warm.

The field coat will be available in December, while the rest of the collection is available to shop right now at Rapha’s online store. Check it out above.
